Full Name:
Background: A novel protein kinase D-interacting substrate of 220 kDa (Kidins220) is the first identified Protein kinase D (PKD), a serine/threonine kinase. Kidins220 is an integral membrane protein that is expressed in brain and neuroendocrine cells. Kidins220 is phsphorylated by PKD at serine 919 in vivo.
Synonyms: Kidins220 (phospho), Kidins220 phospho, Phospho Kidins220

Species Reactivity:
Conjugation: Unconjugated
Storage Buffer: PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide.
Storage Instruction: Keep as concentrated solution. Store at 4ºC short term. For extended storage aliquot and store at -20ºC or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles.
Notes: For In vitro laboratory use only. Not for any clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use in humans or animals. Not for animal or human consumption.
Specificity: Reacts with residues 907-923 [RQMQRTITRQMpS919FDLTK] of the human 220kDa Kidins220 protein (serine 919 has been phosphorylated pS919). The antibody recognizes the phosphoserine at position 919.
