Form Supplied: Liquid
Concentration: 1 mg/ml (Please refer to the vial label for the specific concentration)
Purification: Peptide immunogen affinity column
Full Name: sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor 3
Background: EDG3, a Lysophospholipid/Lysosphingolipid Receptor, binds the vasoconstrictor sphingosine-1-phosphate and activates transcription of serum response element-driven reporter genes. EDG3 may regulate angiogenesis and vascular endothelial cell functions. EDG3 has been reported in all tissues, with highest levels in heart, placenta, kidney, and liver. ESTs have been isolated from placenta and germ cell tumor libraries.
