Product Name: KCNQ4 antibody, Internal
Applications: WB
Predicted Target Size:
Positive Controls:
Form Supplied: Liquid
Concentration: 0.5 mg/ml (Please refer to the vial label for the specific concentration)
Purification: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Full Name: potassium voltage-gated channel, KQT-like subfamily, member 4
Background: Probably important in the regulation of neuronal excitability. May underlie a potassium current involved in regulating the excitability of sensory cells of the cochlea. KCNQ4 channels are blocked by linopirdin, XE991 and bepridil, whereas clofilium is without significant effect. Muscarinic agonist oxotremorine-M strongly suppress KCNQ4 current in CHO cells in which cloned KCNQ4 channels were coexpressed with M1 muscarinnic receptors.
Synonyms: potassium channel KQTlike 4, potassium voltagegated channel KQTlike protein4, pota, potassium voltagegated channel, KQTlike subfamily, member4, potassium channel KQTlike4, KV7.4, potassium voltagegated channel KQTlike protein 4, potassium channel KQT-like 4, DFNA2, potassium voltagegated channel, KQTlike subfamily, member 4, KCNQ4, potassium voltage-gated channel KQT-like protein 4, DFNA2A, potassium channel KQT like 4
